Lauren and Eric recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary. I don’t know where the last two years went, but their Milwaukee wedding was gorgeous! I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than with cute photos of the two and their adorable pup Louie. Louie is a big, cuddly teddy bear of a dog. I wasn’t familiar with the whoodle breed (a mix between a poodle and soft coated wheaten terrier), but I immediately wanted one. So cute!

The couple lives in northern Wisconsin (a four hour drive), so we scheduled the lifestyle session at Naga-waukee Park in early July as they were driving to Ohio to visit family. Thankfully the weather cooperated and the location was perfect. Louie was so patient and behaved the entire session, even when he really wanted to be playing in the water below. Louie also did a few tricks for me and cuddled up with his mom for kisses.

Louie was rewarded for his good behavior by playing in the water and sand at the end of the session. The moment Louie stepped in the sand he was like a tornado – spinning, flopping, rolling and kicking up sand everywhere. Then, he was jumping and diving into the water. Lauren and Eric also joined in on the fun and got a little wet playing with Louie.
