Sarah and Andy are too cute! They met in 2005 at Greendale High School. Sarah transferred mid-year in January and was the new girl in school trying to fit in. She arrived to Chemistry class on the first day and was seated in the only empty spot, right next to two boys. Andy was one of them and an upperclassman. Sarah said that being partnered up with these two boys started as her worst nightmare, but after a few weeks she really enjoyed sitting by them.
Jump ahead a few weeks and Andy asked Sarah if she did anything fun for Valentine’s Day. When Sarah responded that she didn’t, Andy casually said “Oh, well you should have called me!”. How clever! He managed to get her phone number without directly asking for it. The couple started to talk on the phone pretty regularly and he finally asked her out on a date. Neither of them can remember which horrible movie they saw because they were distracted getting to know each other and holding hands. How cute and so high school!!
Sarah said she never felt so many butterflies before and kept thinking “this is too good to be true”. They have been dating ever since, including the time spent at different universities. They know each other better than anyone else, finish each others sentences and bring out the best in each other. I was privileged to experience this first hand when I watched Andy make Sarah laugh with a simple look and Sarah made Andy smile simply by donning his old football jersey.
When I first met Sarah and Andy we talked about locations that are important to them. Greendale High School is where it all began and the perfect spot to celebrate their love for each other. Andy arranged for us to have access to the football field and brought along his old football jerseys for the two of them to wear. The couple lit up as they laughed on the field and snuggled close for kisses under the bleachers.
These two were so easy to photograph and fun! I cannot wait for their Naga-waukee Park engagement session and their gorgeous wedding next May!

I loves all the pictures. They both are very photo genic. I like the pictures where they both are in football jerseys. It would be very hard to pick just one picture if i had to. All are awesome. Cant wait to see second set of pictures.
