Natalie and Jared were married on a sunny day in May at The White House Lodge in Richland Center, Wisconsin. I was thrilled when Jas from Jas McDaniel Photography asked me to second shoot this wedding with her. We had met each other several times at state and local photography events, but this was our first time working together. I cannot say enough good words about her and her photography.
Jared made two promises that day: to be the best husband to Natalie and best father to her daughter, Justine. The couple have been together since Justine was a little girl and time has only made their relationship stronger. The two included Justine in the ceremony by presenting her with a gift and a promise. I feel so honored to have been a part of the intimate moment the three of them shared during the ceremony. The two were always smiling and so happy to continue their journey together.
The reception held many surprises including a beautiful blue peacock theme, the groom’s father giving an entertaining toast, a slideshow of memories, and a choreographed dance mix between Jared and Justine. It also happened to be Natalie’s birthday, so cake was accompanied by her favorite pie.
